Renew Your SHL

You may renew your license either of the following two ways:

1. Fax, mail or email us a completed renewal application (Word doc or PDF form). Remit $55 check or money order by mail to:

2. Send application (see above) and pay on-line by credit card using the IPX Services Credit Card Gateway. When you choose this option your credit card statement will show a $55 payment to IPX Services.
